1 Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

• "td7778", "we", "us", or "our" refers to the operator of the td7778 platform available at td7778.vip, which holds an international gaming license.
• "Platform" refers to the td7778 website, mobile-optimised website, and all associated services accessible at td7778.vip.
• "Player", "you", or "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers, or uses the td7778 Platform.
• "Account" refers to the registered user account created by a Player on the td7778 Platform.
• "Real Money Balance" refers to funds deposited by the Player that are available for wagering and withdrawal.
• "Bonus Balance" refers to promotional funds credited by td7778 that are subject to wagering requirements prior to withdrawal.
• "Games" refers to all casino games, sports betting markets, and any other wagering products available on the td7778 Platform.
• "PKR" refers to Pakistani Rupee, the currency in which all transactions on the Platform are denominated.
• "Wager" refers to any bet or stake placed by a Player on any Game available on the Platform.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the number of times a bonus amount must be wagered before it becomes eligible for withdrawal.

2 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and td7778. By completing the registration process, making a deposit, placing a wager, or otherwise using any feature of the td7778 Platform, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, our Responsible Gaming Policy, and any additional rules or guidelines published on the Platform from time to time.

If you access the Platform on behalf of any other person or entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that person or entity to these Terms. In such cases, references to "you" shall include both you personally and the person or entity on whose behalf you act.

These Terms are made available in English. In the event of any inconsistency between an English version and any translation, the English version shall prevail.

3 Eligibility

To be eligible to register and use the td7778 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age.
• You are acting on your own behalf as a private individual and not on behalf of any business, syndicate, or other commercial entity for commercial gain.
• You are not a current or former employee, contractor, director, agent, or close family member of a td7778 employee or contractor.
• You do not have an existing td7778 Account that has been suspended or closed by td7778 for breach of these Terms.
• You have not self-excluded from the td7778 Platform or any other online gambling platform in a jurisdiction that overlaps with the services provided by td7778.
• You are not located in a jurisdiction in which online gambling is expressly prohibited by applicable law.
• You are capable of entering into a legally binding contract under the laws applicable to you.

td7778 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide such documentation within a reasonable period may result in Account suspension and the withholding of pending withdrawals pending verification.

4 Account Registration

Each Player may hold only one Account on the td7778 Platform. The creation of duplicate, additional, or linked accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different names, payment details, device identifiers, or IP addresses — is strictly prohibited and will be treated as a material breach of these Terms.

When registering an Account, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information in all required fields. You further agree to promptly update this information whenever it changes. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information is grounds for immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of any balance held in the Account.

td7778 may, at its sole discretion, decline to accept a registration application without providing a reason for that decision.

Account registration is free of charge. td7778 will never charge a fee to open or maintain a standard player Account.

5 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any other person or permit any other person to access the Platform using your Account.

td7778 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your Account. This additional security layer is available to all registered Players at no cost from the Account settings dashboard.

You agree to notify td7778 immediately at [email protected] if you become aware of or suspect any unauthorised access to your Account or any security breach affecting your credentials. td7778 will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised Account access caused by your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.

td7778 reserves the right to temporarily suspend an Account where it has reason to believe that the Account security has been compromised, until such time as the Account holder's identity is verified and Account security is restored.

6 Deposits & Withdrawals

All deposits and withdrawals on the td7778 Platform are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The current minimum deposit amount is Rs 100. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are displayed within the Player's Account dashboard and may be updated from time to time.

td7778 supports the following payment methods for Pakistani players:

Withdrawals will be processed back to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, subject to verification requirements. td7778 does not charge standard processing fees on deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges.

td7778 reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal where: (a) identity verification is incomplete; (b) there is reason to suspect fraudulent activity; (c) a bonus wagering requirement has not been satisfied; or (d) a chargeback or payment dispute is pending on the Account.

All funds held in your td7778 Account are maintained separately from td7778's operational funds in accordance with our licensing obligations. Your Real Money Balance is safeguarded and will be returned to you in full upon request, subject to these Terms.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

td7778 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing Players. The availability, value, and terms of each promotion are published on the relevant promotional page of the Platform and are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

The following general conditions apply to all bonuses and promotions offered by td7778 unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• Bonus funds are credited to your Bonus Balance and are subject to a wagering requirement before they can be transferred to your Real Money Balance or withdrawn.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period stated in the promotion's terms. Bonus funds that are not wagered within the validity period will be forfeited automatically.
• td7778 reserves the right to determine which Games contribute to wagering requirements and at what percentage. Live dealer games, certain slots, and sports betting markets may contribute at different rates.
• Only one bonus offer may be active on an Account at any given time unless td7778 expressly states otherwise in the promotion's terms.
• Bonuses are personal to the Account holder and may not be transferred, exchanged for cash, or shared with any other person.
• Abuse of bonuses, including creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, will result in immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of all associated bonus funds.
• td7778 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any change will not retrospectively affect wagering already completed in good faith.

8 Game Rules & Fairness

Each Game available on the td7778 Platform is governed by its own specific game rules, which are displayed within the Game interface. In the event of any inconsistency between game-specific rules and these Terms, the game-specific rules shall prevail in respect of that Game.

All Games on the td7778 Platform that involve randomised outcomes use certified Random Number Generation (RNG) technology. The RNG systems employed are independently tested and certified by recognised third-party testing laboratories to ensure fair, unbiased, and unpredictable outcomes on every round of play.

td7778 does not manipulate game outcomes in any way. The theoretical Return to Player (RTP) percentages for slot games are published within the game information panel for each title. Actual results will vary from theoretical RTP due to the inherent randomness of RNG-based games.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error that interrupts a Game in progress, td7778 will make reasonable efforts to reconstruct the state of the Game from server logs. Where reconstruction is not possible, td7778 may, at its discretion, refund the wager placed on the interrupted round.

td7778 reserves the right to void any wager or Game outcome that it reasonably believes was affected by a software error, data feed error, or technical fault that materially affected the fairness of the result.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the td7778 Platform:

• Using automated bots, scripts, macros, or any other software to interact with Games or the Platform in a manner not intended for human players.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the Platform or any Game. Any Player who discovers a bug or error must report it to td7778 support immediately and must not attempt to profit from it.
• Colluding with other Players or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any Game.
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of manipulation of sporting events on which bets are placed through the td7778 sportsbook.
• Using stolen, cloned, or otherwise fraudulently obtained payment credentials to fund an Account.
• Engaging in money laundering, structuring of transactions, or any other activity that violates applicable anti-money laundering legislation.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is expressly prohibited by applicable law.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing td7778 employees or support staff.
• Providing false information during registration, identity verification, or any other interaction with td7778.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the td7778 Platform — including but not limited to software, source code, game assets, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, audio, video, and the overall design and layout of the Platform — is the exclusive property of td7778 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes, in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not grant you any ownership rights in any content on the Platform.

You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise exploit any content from the td7778 Platform without the express prior written consent of td7778.

11 Privacy & Data

td7778 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the td7778 Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

td7778 will never sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Your data may be shared with regulated third parties — including payment processors, identity verification providers, and regulatory bodies — solely as required to operate the Platform lawfully and in compliance with our licensing obligations.

12 Responsible Gaming

td7778 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and takes its obligations in this area seriously. Gambling is intended to be a form of entertainment. If gambling ceases to be enjoyable or begins to cause financial, emotional, or social harm, it is important to seek help promptly.

td7778 makes the following responsible gaming tools available to all registered Players, accessible directly from the Account settings dashboard:

13 Limitation of Liability

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill;
• Loss of winnings due to technical malfunction, disconnection, or server error;
• Unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security;
• Any inaccuracies in odds, game information, or promotional materials that were promptly corrected upon discovery.

td7778's total aggregate liability to you in connection with these Terms and your use of the Platform, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit td7778's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

14 Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless td7778 and its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in any way connected with:

• Your breach of these Terms or any representation or warranty made by you herein;
• Your violation of any applicable law, regulation, or third-party right;
• Your use or misuse of the td7778 Platform or any Game thereon;
• Any fraudulent, negligent, or wilfully harmful act or omission on your part.

15 Amendments

td7778 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where the proposed change is material — for example, a change that affects your rights or obligations in a significant way — td7778 will provide reasonable advance notice by posting a notice on the Platform or by sending an email to the address registered on your Account.

Your continued use of the td7778 Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request the closure of your Account and return of your Real Money Balance.

The version of these Terms that was in force at the time a particular wager was placed shall govern any dispute arising from that wager.

16 Termination

td7778 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your Account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms;
• td7778 is required to do so in order to comply with a regulatory requirement, court order, or law enforcement request;
• td7778 has reason to believe that your Account has been involved in fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity;
• Your Account has been inactive for a continuous period of 12 months and has a zero balance.

Upon Account closure for reasons other than breach, td7778 will return any remaining Real Money Balance to you using the most recent payment method on file, after deducting any amounts owed to td7778.

You may request the closure of your Account at any time by contacting td7778 support. Voluntary Account closure requests will be processed within 5 business days.

17 Disputes & Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which td7778 holds its international gaming license.

If you have a complaint about any aspect of the td7778 Platform or these Terms, you should follow this process:

1. Step 1 — Contact Support: Submit your complaint in writing to [email protected] with full details of the issue. td7778 will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and aim to resolve it within 14 business days.
